No — and they don’t need to. Our products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at ambient temperature for normal shipping durations. Cold-chain packaging is designed for materials already in solution, which are far more sensitive to temperature. In dry powder form, the water that drives degradation has already been removed, so a few days at room temperature during transit does not meaningfully affect the material. Refrigeration matters for long-term storage and after reconstitution — not for shipping powder.

The majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 36 hours of purchase. Residential orders inside the United States then travel by FedEx 2-Day Air. Processing time is separate from transit time, and both are estimates rather than guarantees. If an order has not been dispatched within that window, contact the support team — a delay is usually stock availability or a backordered item.

Shipment protection is an optional add-on you select at checkout. It is what covers you if a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Orders placed without it are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement: once the package is handed to FedEx, liability for transit transfers to the carrier, and the recourse is a claim filed with them. It is inexpensive relative to the order value, and we recommend it — especially for addresses where packages sit unattended.
